What drives me crazy...

People who don't listen. I must say that in my job on the IT Help Desk, a good 75-80% of problems that occur are because people just don't listen to what they are told. I tell them to go to a particular website, carefully spelling out the web address. They say, I don't see what you're talking about on the page. I say, did you go to (insert web address)? They say, well I have that web page in my favorites and I went there. Well no wonder, you didn't go to the web page I said, you went to the page you bookmarked. TWO DIFFERENT THINGS!!

It's no wonder people don't stay on this job long. People will drive you crazy.

Truth be told, what is truly driving me crazy is my own goofy self; particularly, not truly living up to my potential. I'm smart, and that's fact, not bragging. I don't consider myself a genius, but I do have plenty of knowledge and a thirst for knowledge. Medical shows fascinate me. Illness is a puzzle to be solved. I love how cool and calm medical staff are when lives are on the line.
